Lift Installation Procedure

A clear, step-by-step breakdown of responsibilities — what FUZI handles and what the client is expected to provide — so every project runs smoothly from order to handover.

1
FUZI
After the customer places a new lift order and the lift well measurements are received, the company will prepare and provide a 2-page drawing within 7 days.
2
Client
The client/customer will be responsible for completing all civil construction work related to the lift well, including construction of the lift pit floor, complete cleaning of the lift well, installation of a load hook on the roof of the lift well, construction work for the front wall according to the drawing, and plastering work for the complete lift well.
3
FUZI
The company will send scaffolding material to the site and carry out the installation work.
4
Client
The customer must complete the whitewash/paint work. After painting, shaft lights must be installed on each floor in the lift well — each light point should include one bulb holder and one socket. A single-phase MCB must be installed for all lights, a three-phase cable must be connected from the main panel to the lift motor along with a three-phase MCB, and two earthing connections with earthing wires must also be provided up to the motor.
5
FUZI
The company will install guide rail brackets and door frames (lift entrance frames) on all floors.
6
Client
The customer will be responsible for stone work outside the frame, cabin stone work, repairing work inside the lift well (inside the frame), making holes in the stone for installing buttons on each floor, constructing a buffer block in the pit using gravel, cement, and iron and curing it for three days, and making holes in the roof if required for rope installation.
7
FUZI
The company will manufacture the cabin, complete the lift installation, start the lift, and hand it over to the customer for use.

Note: The company will not carry out any type of civil work.
